A talent is your natural way of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Small amounts of improvements in areas of weakness will dramatically increase a person’s effectiveness. A talent is your natural way of thinking, feeling, and behaving. The manner in which a talents manifests will be the same for everyone. The key to your maximum return on investment (or the path of least resistance) is to build on who you are. Y? WHY?

Relationship Building strengths hold the team together, building synergy. Strategic Thinking strengths process information and drive better decisions. WHY?

Strengths initiatives must start with a mindset that EVERY STUDENT: – has potential, abilities, and strengths – can achieve – can contribute positively – wants to learn and succeed – wants to be recognized WHY?

What are the primary and secondary student outcomes? How will you implement your strengths-based education initiative? What strengths interventions and/or programming will you include in the plan? WHY?

Remember! The best schools don't just administer the CliftonStrengths assessment. They weave strengths-based development into every corner of their campus.
