Cooperation with ETS What you should know: We do not charge you for the licence agreement, but we expect that you are actively involved in our cooparation. We provide you with the essential tools and materials such as marketing materials free of charge and methodological and marketing support. The contract is signed for one year and after its expiration we verify your activities with regard to our cooperation (number of tests ordered, website content, participation in webinars, promotional activities undertaken etc.)

As for the content of ETS certificates tab, you can either copy the texts from the ETS Global website http://www.etsglobal.org/Pl/Eng or paste the appropriate links without coping and pasting the whole texts. The content of your website and the kind of tabs, sub-tabs and information you wish to add depends upon your own preferences and experience. Though we do not impose the strict structure and the content of your site, all the information you use, all the links and text you paste should be derived from the ETS Global site: http://www.etsglobal.org/Pl/Eng The website should be as much clear and coherent so that it would be attractive to your present and potential clients. Thus, the information which you decide to include should be relevant. The content of the EPA website, once the new information has been added, should be verified by ETS Global. Therefore, you should e-mail Anna Gutkowska at agutkowska@etsglobal.org letting us know that new content on ETS tests has been added.

WEBSITE CONTENT Well-structured website (copied from the WEBSITE GUIDELINES document): EPA’s website should include the main tab named e.g. ETS exams/ETS certificates/Certificates or Exams, dedicated to ETS tests. Opening the above tab the main information about the ETS tests and being and Accredited ETS Testing Centre should appear. The main tab should include the sub-tabs: TOEIC Listening & Reading, TOEIC Speaking & Writing, TOEIC Bridge, TFI, WiDaF, TOEFL iBT, TOEFL Junior When clicking on the chosen exam sub-tab, e.g. TOEIC Listening & Reading, either: the new sub-tabs should appear (e.g. Test content, Sample test, Examinee Handbook, How to prepare to the test, Test scores, Test dates etc.) including the content copied from ETS Global website, or the information/links to the information (about Test content, Sample test etc.) should be displayed in one shot under the exam sub-tab without creating new sub-tabs.
Cooperation with ETS 2. STAFF TRAINING Your staff should be trained on ETS products and aspects of our cooperation. It is also essential to select a contact person in charge of serving your clients and providing information about ETS tests. The contact person should be able to recommend the right test, organise the test session, give basic information about the price, test content, preparation materials etc.

Cooperation with ETS 4. PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES Promotional ativities should be regularly undertaken. EPA/PTC plate and stickers: your centre should be marked as an Accredited ETS Testing Centre. If you have not ordered plate and stickers yet, please contact us for the promotional materials order form.
Cooperation with ETS 4. PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES Test sessions schedule: to make your students aware of the upcoming test sessions and encourage them to take the test, the test sessions schedule should be put on the entrance/test rooms doors and your website.

4. PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES Professional staff: your staff should be aknowledged with tests portfolio so that they can actively promote ETS certificates and undertake promotional activities (staff training is essential). Pilot test sessions: ETS Global will provide a few free tests for corporate clients (the people participating in the pilot sessions should be those handling the decision processes within the company). Presentations for students: it is advisable to hold product presentations at your insitution and other schools/universities as well.
4. PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES Preparation courses: language courses preparing for TOEIC, TOEFL, TFI or WiDaF test (the information should be displayed on your website, leaflets and school advertising boards).

4. PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES Social media marketing & brand promotion: use Facebook, Twitter and other social media to promote your courses and ETS tests.

4. PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES EU funds: go for free EU funds, search for institutions which may advise you on how to apply for funds. Meetings with corporate clients: always try to meet with HR director or any other person responsible for decision making to present language audit offer. HR events: take part in HR fairs to promote ETS tests. Webinars: your staff should participate in trainings organised by ETS.
