SITUATION Imagine the dialogue takes place in a restaurant. Consider that youre the Receptionist and your trainer the customer. Treat your trainer as the passenger and build conversation with clues given in every slide. NOTE: MAKE THE KID TO UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION TO BUILD CONVERSATIONS.

AT THE RESTAURANT 1)Welcome the customer. 2)Ask the customer their request. 3)The customer wants to book a table for 2 people for dinner NOTE: MAKE THE KID TO UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION TO BUILD CONVERSATIONS.

4)Request the exact date and time on when the table should be booked. 5)Ask the customer on which name should the table be booked. 6)Ask the customer whether the food should be booked in advanced. AT THE RESTAURANT NOTE: MAKE THE KID TO UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION TO BUILD CONVERSATIONS.

ORDERING FOOD (AT RESTAURANT-2)

SITUATION Imagine the dialogue takes place in a restaurant. Consider that youre the Receptionist and your trainer the customer. Your customer has already booked table for 2 people for the dinner. He has also placed the items that he wishes to order. Based on the above situation build a conversation with your customer. NOTE: MAKE THE KID TO UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION TO BUILD CONVERSATIONS.

AT THE RESTAURANT 1)Welcome the customer. 2)Ask the customer their request. 3)The customer says that he has already booked table for two people for dinner. 4)Now ask for the customers name and phone number to track the table booked details. NOTE: MAKE THE KID TO UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION TO BUILD CONVERSATIONS.

5)Now based on the details Mentioned by the customer, Track the details of the Date,the table was booked. 6)Identify the detail and welcome the customer along with his partner to the table reserved for them. AT THE RESTAURANT NOTE: MAKE THE KID TO UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION TO BUILD CONVERSATIONS.

SITUATION 2 Now the customer along with his friend has occupied the reserved table. Consider that youre the server and your trainer the customer. Your trainer has already ordered the items for dinner to save time. You(server)being unaware of it gave the menu card. Based on the above situation build a conversation with your customer. NOTE: MAKE THE KID TO UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION TO BUILD CONVERSATIONS.

1)Present the menu card to the customer. 2)The customer mentions that he has already ordered the items. 3)Ask an apology to the customer has you are unaware of it. 4)Now Take sometime to speak to the receptionist regarding this. (e.g.)Sorry for the inconvenience caused, please give me two minutes, the order that you have placed will already be recorded by the receptionist. I shall bring it to you and re-confirm it. AT THE RESTAURANT NOTE: MAKE THE KID TO UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION TO BUILD CONVERSATIONS.

5)Now, bring the list of items record from the receptionist already ordered by the customer. 6)Re-confirm the list of items the customer had already ordered. (e.g.)Sir,I shall repeat your order, it is 2 onion French soup,a plate of French fries etc. 7)Once the customer approves inform the customer that in other 10 minutes the items would arrive. AT THE RESTAURANT NOTE: MAKE THE KID READ THE ABOVE CONVERSATION WHICH TAKES PLACE IN A RESTAURANT.

8)The server now brings the items ordered by the customer. 9)Wish the customer to enjoy the Dinner. 10)After, sometime again request the customer whether the desert can also be served. AT THE RESTAURANT NOTE: MAKE THE KID READ THE ABOVE CONVERSATION WHICH TAKES PLACE IN A RESTAURANT.

11)Now bring the desert and serve it. 12)Request the customer whether the bill can be presented now. 13)Present the bill to the customer and accept the cash. 14)Greet the customer and wish him to again visit the restaurant. AT THE RESTAURANT
