Environment park was founded on 1996, by an initiative of Piedmont Region, Province of Torino and City of Torino, and its built on a former industrial area. Vision and figures Annual Parks average turnover is around 7 M Euros Of which: 3,5 M from Real Estate 0,5 M from Power 3,0 M from tech transfer Investing RE profits on TT allow the park to deploy and implement regional, national and EU programmes and policies. At the same time its a way to attract new tenants in the park and the city, contributing to increase regional industrial capacities and employment.
