1 Description of event Chinchón You will visit the picturesque Medieval village of Chinchón, situated at 45Km from Madrid and famed for its beautiful main square (which among other things has served as a bull ring and a place of execution during the Inquisition), its limoncillo and aniseed liqueurs, and its garlic. You will be left in the main square by your coach driver and then escorted up to the restaurant which is housed in an old winery.

2 Aperitif You will be taken to an open terrace with view over the village and there you will be served with a typical Spanish aperitif with Sherry, local wine, soft drinks etc and canapés of traditional delicacies such as Spanish ham, salmorejo, croquetas etc (Please see separate menu for details) If the weather is against you the aperitif will be served inside the Mesón in a room containing the traditional large wine vats. During the aperitif there will be the opportunity to visit the old wine cellars with their botas where historically the wine was stored at a constant temperature of 13-15ºC all year round.

3 Dinner After the aperitif you will be escorted to the dining room where a traditional Spanish dinner will be served. (Please see separate menu for details) Flamenco Show On completion of dinner, coffee and liqueurs will be served and you will be able to sit back and enjoy a spectacle of Flamenco performed by el cuadro Sueños. The group will comprise four artists: guitarist, singer and a male and female dancer.
