205.05 Escape in the third degree. HNA Lesson 33 205.05 Escape in the third degree. A person is guilty of this when he/she escapes from custody. Class A misdemeanor
205.10 Escape in the second degree. A person is guilty of this when: HNA Lesson 33 205.10 Escape in the second degree. A person is guilty of this when: He/She escapes from a detention facility; or Having been arrested for, charged with or convicted of a Class C, D or E Felony, he/she escapes from custody Class E felony
