THE PEOPLE OF GOD “Chaos Below The Mountain of God” Exodus 32:21-35

Who are the ‘People of God’? Exodus 3:7,8 and Acts 7:34 Ex 3:10 Ex 5:1; 7:16; 8:1,20; 9:1,13; 10:3 “Let MY People Go” God had expectations for His People and they were unwilling to meet those expectations, now they would have to experience the consequences of those choices:

WHEN REBELLION PREVAILS: (21-28) The People Were Set On Evil: (vs.21-23) The People Were Unrestrained: (vs.24-25) The People Were Punished: (vs.26-28)

The book is called... The Book of the Living: (The Old Testament) Psalm 69:28 and Isaiah 4:3 The Book of Life: (The New Testament) Rev 3:5; 20:12; 21:27; 22:19

WHEN RIGHTEOUSNESS IS RESTORED: (29-35) Consecrate yourselves to the Lord: Call the Sin: Personal Responsibility: (32,33) Consequences are painful: (34,35)

You are the People of God for today! Recognize ‘REBELLION’ when you see it. Others can ‘suffer consequences’ for my actions. WE have a responsibility to be the ‘PEOPLE OF GOD FOR TODAY!
