Conclusions/Recommendations The City of Blue Springs is Definitely Moving in the Right Direction There were significant improvements in most areas that were assessed on the survey The improvements in Blue Springs have occurred during a period of history when satisfaction with city services has dropped significantly in most communities There is very little dissatisfaction with City leadership Major services to emphasis over the next 2 years: Public safety (police) Maintenance of streets/traffic flow Continued emphasis on community planning
