Purpose Determine routine inspections and maintenance RDC infrastructure Identify all key community maintenance components & locations: Maintenance requirements, Intervals, Life expectancy, Compliance with Local Township, county and state regulations
Overview Develop an over all community Maintenance Plan: What Where When Work with Financial planning and other resources (outside knowledge experts) to determine the timing of any economic impacts of routine and major maintenance/ repairs. Create maintenance calendar for each infrastructure component. Update the maintenance schedule annually as needed before the annual property owner meeting to highlight as needed any major repairs or improvements.
Process Identify all critical physical infrastructure components requiring maintenance such as: Roads Lagoons & Pond Storm Drainage Irrigation Erosion Pool mechanicals Gathering Place building Horse Trails Signage Wildlife Open space land stewardship – protection of valuable trees Security mechanics and software
