How do we do it? We ensure older people have confidence in our service and are able to access and communicate with us, to get the right service irrespective of the difficulties sensory loss issues present At a home visit we provide a Healthy Home check that supports an individual approach and tailors adaptations and modifications with the end user in mind, in order to address sight loss challenges to independent living Contact us if you need our help on 0300 111 3333
