What is Abstinence? What is Virginity? What does postponing sexual activity mean?

What are some reasons young people choose to be abstinent or to postpone sexual activity?

What are some activities that young people can do together without becoming sexually active?

Assignment Please compose a reply to the e-mail (worksheet). In your response you are to outline at least three convincing reasons why you don’t want to become sexually active at this point in your life. Also suggest three alternative activities that you could enjoy alone as a couple or with friends that would not put you in a position where you could be pressured into having sex. Please complete this for homework!

Review If you choose abstinence, how can you ensure it will work for you consistently? If you choose abstinence, when and under what circumstances might you cease to use this method? If you decide abstinence is no longer right for you, how will you choose another method to protect yourself?
