The Council for Civil Control of Police The Independent Police Oversight Review In previous cases complaints were requested in: - in 9 cases in order to check the use of police powers, - in 10 cases it is indicated that the police powers were exceeded, - 5 cases indicate the existence of injuries, - in 6 cases there are the alleged violation of other fundamental rights and freedoms by the police and - 7 cases are related to initiatives that enhance the use of police powers and improve police practice.
