Piloting the programme 15 participants from Ireland, Scotland, Czech Republic, Italy and Germany involved in the piloting: HR specialists/business partners/advisors, directors, chief executives, co-owners, managers, psychologists, counsellors, career coaches private, state and NGOs sectors number of employees: 30 to 3400 9 yrs. of HR experience on average „A great tool for employers with practical examples and interesting videos/external links to resources.“ „Great course! On average, what % of single parents have been forced to leave a job due to unsuitable working hours in your country? Can you imagine how much knowledge and experience your COMPANY is missing due to the mismatching of the job and a (single parenting) employee ?
