David Overton was born in the year He went to college at Wayne State University He was given the CHART award in 2009 for his restaurant quality His goal was for the cheesecake his parents sold to be give the reputation it deserved

The first real cheesecake factory was in Beverly hills where David moved to after college and his parents came along and helped run the business They opened February 25, 1978 The restaurant was full in about ten minutes This was the first store that had been opened that sold the cheesecakes but also food to go along with it David wanted it to be a casual atmosphere so he didnt have fancy things

Starting a business in Beverly hills Being prepared and knowing how to overcome economical issues The fact that the restaurant can be used for parties or even nice simple family dinnners

This restaurant is a place that be totally casual or even go to nice less casual parties The food is tasty and very affordable The one thing David Overton thought about was what would compliment but not take away from the amazing cheesecake they sell so he started off simple with macaroni and cheese. Its an all over great atmosphere for everyone.
