Mrs. House’s Neighborhood April 24-28 3rd Grade Dear Parents, Thank you so much for making sure your child was present each day of testing this past week. I hope the upcoming week is just as great. Your children have been working very hard, but it’s not over yet. We will put most of our focus on math and science for the week. Please continue working with your child and encouraging them to stay focused so they can do their absolute best! There are many exciting events approaching very quickly. Please mark your calendars so that you don’t miss out on any of the fun. Our Pink Palace/Planetarium field trip is right around the corner. Permission slips went home in the Tuesday folders a couple of weeks ago. Please send those in as soon as possible. WEEKLY SKILLS We will continue reviewing for the upcoming math and science assessments. IXL will be available through Wednesday. This is a great tool to practice all the standards we have covered this year. Brushing up on multiplication facts would not hurt for any students. We will also continue working on our reading comprehension.
