Freeze slots or the day

When do you Freeze Slots? Using the freeze function you can stop online reservations. You can also freeze future dates in case you are closed or hosting a private party. How Freeze Works? Using the freeze option, you can stop patrons from taking reservations by either freezing some time slots or freezing the entire day.

Step 1: Login to your restaurant dashboard and click the button freeze.

Step 2: By default, all the slots for the day will be shown. If you wish to freeze reservations for any other day, please select the day on calendar shown on left part of the screen

Step 3: If you wish to freeze only a few time slots, click on those slots. The selected slots are Shown in black color.

Step 4: Once you have selected your slots that are to be frozen, click on freeze button.

Step 5: Frozen slots are shown in red color.

Calendar will give you a glimpse of days that are frozen. Dates in red color has frozen slots, The brown color dates has no frozen times.

To freeze the whole day, click on select all and click on freeze.
