Shadowing Positions Opportunity for future board members to have a sense of what the responsibility entails President; Lead the club to achieve its goals for the year. Organize and direct the work for board members and make final decisions Vice president (current sophomore only): Work closely with the president in defining and executing the goals of the club. Must step in when the President is unable. Secretary: Maintain all membership records and any club information Treasurer: Organize all accounting and budgeting procedures throughout any event, sale, or fieldtrip Events Coordinator: Plan and coordinate all events of the year Publicist: Take pictures and controls all forms of communications & social media -If you are interested in these positions , send a remind with the position interested in.
