The tool we use to record this is How to manage my support document (as per Matt/Holly). The individual decides how to manage their support and might request ongoing input from their Service Advisor to help manage team meetings, recruitment, training etc. Each individual budget is personalised. The income and expenditure is recorded in detail against each PWWF. It captures all of the information on the slide and more. Job Coach, volunteer
