In the Global Age the world Changed to Systemization. - Most of the Global problems are Systemic & left without radical solutions [Global Terror, Global Warming, Global Economy,…] due to linear Management of Linear Decision Maker. - So, we Need to Train Decision Makers on Systemic Solutions of any Problem before its complexity by time if it is left without systemic solutions. -The world suffers from the above Chronic Global Problems from decades without real solutions due to Linear intervention from Linearly Prepared & Trained Decision Makers .

WHY SYSTEMIC LEADERSHIP? For Systemic Creative Solutions of Problems and Crisis SP-1 C SCR CCC SP.3 SP-2\ SP.4 P-1 S.P. P-3 P-2 P-4 P SCR = Systemic Crisis Formed as the result of Wrong Linear solutions of the [LDM] S.P = Systemic Problem [Complexed Problem] Formed as the result of Wrong Linear solutions of the [LDM] P = Problem Left without Solving As the result of Linear Solutions of the Linear Decision Maker (LDM]) If The SCR left without Radical Systemic Solutions It will be Changed Catastrophic By Time By Time

SYSTEMIC THINKNG [ST] -Systemic thinking is a Simple Technique for Gaining Systemic Insights into Complex Problems. -Conventional [Linear] Thinking Techniques are Fundamentally Analytic. -Systemic Thinking is a Combination of Analytic and Synthetic Thinking. It is Based on The Fact That Everything is Systemic & Interact by all Other Things Around it. *

Advantage of Systemic Thinking -Enables us to deal with the elements of any situation and /or Problem in harmony rather than in isolation. -It offers the potential to find systemic focus in any situation and /or Problem. -Enables Leaders to gain deeper insight about components in Their Systemics.   .

Criteria of The Systemic Thinkers Global Systemic thinkers are able to: Seeing issues from multiple points of view.- Seeing the whole rather than parts, and –pattern rather than snapshots. -Seeing interrelationships between things rather than things. -Correlate between the aspects of any issue. -Analyze any problem or Crisis into its components Systemically & then Synthesize a creative systemic solution(s) for the Local and/or Global problems. - Having the skills to analyze & manage the systemic risks systemically

-Interact Positively with Technology and --Having future telescopic view to Cross-Over the local Space and Time barriers to Create More Global Sustainable Future. -Interact Positively with Technology and Environment to build Sustainability. - Having the skills of the Systemic Culture based on the fact that nowadays any thing is related to every thing. -Having the skills for systemic innovation -Able to see all the possible interactions between all parts of any systemic & their interactions with other systemics .   -Very Useful for preparation of Systemic Leadership.

By listing as many elements as we can think of. How we Think Systemically -The first step in analytic thinking is By listing as many elements as we can think of. The second step is synthetic: By finding the common theme repeating pattern across those elements.
