Modifying Styles Don’t have to use pre-set styles in Word.
Text Styling 12 point font minimum All bold and italics should be done with styles No underlining
Use San Serif Fonts
Serif Fonts are more difficult to read
Descriptive Links Don’t write “Click Here,” “Read More,” “Start Now,” etc. Link text should describe where the link takes you. Ex:
Tables Don’t use complex tables with merged or split cells Screen reader doesn’t know how to handle it
