What We Noticed/Learned Shoulder pain Visual problems?? Sleep, anxiety, pain issues Peer support hugely important Group “dynamic” important

What We Noticed/Learned Taxis can be pricey (e.g. from Biggar) Both patients+carers loved it!

How Did It Feel Out of our comfort zone initially Recurring thought: Have we missed something? Fantastic atmosphere during group physio sessions Rewarding… positive feedback
