Plan to Progress / Timelines 1.1 Identification of suitable municipalities (April – May 2018) Collect registration forms from all municipalities Analyse registration forms currently used by municipalities Prepare assessment overview Identify suitable municipalities (10-14) for the Project 1.2 Municipal data assessment (April – May 2018) Review of CDC data already collected Analysis of data from suitable municipalities Identification of data gaps Development of information material for suitable municipalities & circulated prior to visits explain project purpose and design Develop a recommended standard for ‘Framework for Collaboration (FFC)’ between CSO and a municipality

Final report of the Project including sustainable plan to maintain the SBR, and recommendations (January 2019)
