How to sign up for Hikes! 3. Put Your name down only OR if it is full sign-up to be on the waitlist

How to sign up for Hikes! 4. You’ve signed up! But wait, what if your plans change last minute and you can’t make it? Take your name off before midnight the night before the event. If this does not allow enough time, make sure to contact the number on the sheet, so someone else can still participate!

Rules regarding Sign-ups! No-shows: Your name was on the event list, but you do not show up. You can have only 1, per semester. If this happens once you can still attend events, if it happens twice you cannot participate anymore for that semester Removing others names: Just do not do it, if your friend really wants to tag along, but did not sign up in time, contact us or text the number on the excel sheet! We will work you but you are not guaranteed a spot unless your name is on the sheet.

How the club works Due to the high number of members, we do not hold regular meetings, rather we just host events like hikes, camping, or anything else if you request it! It is $10 a semester, but this may change depending on the weather. Meaning if we are unable to host many events due to the forecast, then your dues can roll over to the next semester. You can pay us at the event!! We take venmo or cash!

What to bring with you the first time?? $10 dues Assumption of risk form (you can find this on the email or Facebook!) Allergy/Emergency contact form (also on Facebook/email) Backpack/whatever else you might need

Apply to be on EXEC!! Want to gain more leadership skills, add to your resume, or simply spread your love for nature like us, or making more friends??? Please ask us questions and apply! What does it take? Simply answering a few questions, meeting with us so we can tell you more of what we do and the various positions! Lastly, it is so so FUN! I mean who doesn’t want to lead other dukes into the woods?? :)
