Structure of Users Group 146 Responded to Survey Group Size - 60 Selected (each initiative will consist of 15-20 members) Faculty and Staff (all levels) From various areas across campus 2-year appointment Confirmation letters will be sent this week Office of Financial Affairs

Users Group Role Participate in pilot training sessions Participate in user testing Represent the department/divisions in identifying current or future procedures Provide feedback on usability of the Financial Affairs website Serve as an advocate, communicating changes and disseminating information Office of Financial Affairs
