Paramount Advantage – Reimbursement/Payment Information In 2018, Paramount changed its payment vendor from Change Healthcare To RedCard/Vpay RedCard: Issues Checks To Providers Vpay: Issues Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) Issues Virtual Credit Card (VCC) Payments To Providers. Providers Can Be Paid/Reimbursed 3 Different Ways By Paramount: Paper Check: No Fees Providers Can Receive Paper Check By Mail + Receive Electronic Remittance (835) Available Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT): $1.50 Fee Applied By Vpay For Each Payment (Fee Assessed By Vendor, NOT Paramount) Conveniently Deposited Directly Into Bank Account + Electronic Remittance (835) Available Virtual Credit Card (VCC): If Provider Did Not Call RedCard/Vpay To Elect A Form of Payment, Virtual Credit Card Is The Default Method of Payment (This Ensures That The Provider Gets Paid If They Have Failed To Contact RedCard/Vpay – This Can Be Changed/Cancelled Anytime) Processing Fees Will Be Assessed (Standard Credit Card Processing Fee Is Assessed In Accordance With Each Provider’s Merchant Relationship – Contact Vpay Customer Support To Learn More About Processing Fee Amount) VCC Pays In Real-time + Electronic Remittance (835) Included Providers Can Opt-Out Or Choose Not To Use/Accept The Virtual Credit Card At Any Time By Contacting Vpay Customer Support (Contact Information On Next Slide)

Paramount Advantage – Reimbursement/Payment Information Additional Information: Virtual Credit Card (VCC) If No Payment Methodology Has Been Elected, Vpay Will Deliver A Virtual Credit Card Payment With The Remittance Advice In A Single Document To Simplify Reconciliation. **Virtual Credit Card (VCC) Payment Methodology Does Have Fees Associated With This Form Of Payment. These Fees Are The Same As Any Standard Credit Card Processing Fees And Are Determined By Your Merchant Agreement. All Providers Can Opt-Out / Change Payment Methodology At Time Of Registration** No Paperwork Is Required To Receive A Claim Payment Via The Virtual Credit Card. The Virtual Credit Card Can Be Processed Through Your Merchant Terminal As A Standard Credit Card Transaction. Payments And Remittance Advice Are Sent Via Fax And Tracked On A Real-time Basis. When Providers Receive Payments Via Virtual Credit Card (VCC): VCC Payment Is Delivered Primarily Via Fax = Faster Than By Paper Check. The VCC Payment And EOP Are Delivered Together In A Single Document. Enter The Card Number In Your Terminal And Post The EOP To Your Billing System And You Are Done. Funds Will Be Delivered Electronically To Your Merchant Account. Delivery Of Funds To Your Account Is Guaranteed, Regardless Of Any Fraudulent Attempt To Process A Vcard. Customer Support - Vpay’s Call Center Is Staffed With Knowledgeable, Well Trained Professionals Who Can Assist With Any Questions You Have. When You Receive Your Virtual Credit Card, Follow The Directions Shown Below: Type The 16-digit Number (Located On The Virtual Card) Into Your Merchant Terminal. Enter The Amount, When Prompted By The Terminal. Enter The CV2 Code Located On The Virtual Card, If Required. No PIN Is Required. If The Terminal Prompts For An Address Or Zip Code, Enter Your Information.
