Excels: Completion Targets SUNY Requests the Following Targets: Retention Rates for First-Time/Full-Time Students, First- Time/Part-Time Students, and Full-Time Transfer Students: 2014/2015, 2017/18, and 2019/20 Graduation Rates at 2, 3, and 4 Years for First-Time/Full-Time Students and for Full-Time Transfer Students: 2011, 2014, and 2016 Entry Cohorts Time to Degree Completion in Years and in Credits for First- Time Native Students and Transferring Students: 2018-19 and 2020-21 SUNY Educational Outcomes Measure for First-Time/Full-Time Associate Degree Students: 2011, 2014, and 2016 Entry Cohorts Degrees/Awards Granted: 2015-16, 2018-19, and 2020-21 Excels: Completion Targets
