What is Democracy

Definition Democracy is a government run by the people who live under it. The community is governed through its representatives who are elected. Do we have a representative in this class?

What does democracy look like? 1) People govern themselves through representatives.

What does Democracy look like? 2) The populations elects the representatives from their area to make laws.

What Does democracy look like? 3) People and the media have freedom of speech.

What Does Democracy Look Like? 4)People can worship any Gods or follow any religion.

What does democracy look like? 5) People are allowed to live and work where they want within the country.

What does democracy look like? 6) People vote freely and secretly.
