Issues to be resolved (for Korean teachers) * 07/16/96 Issues to be resolved (for Korean teachers) Since the method used is the direct and communicative approach, ideally the teachers should be able to speak some degree of Indonesian language ( if they are unable to speak English). Therefore, the Korean teachers are encouraged to take Indonesian language courses for non-native speakers. (Provided for them free of charge) The term of duty of the Korean teachers ideally should be a minimum of two years to ensure sustainability of the program.
