Higher order questions Lesson Topic(s): number recognition 0-20 Week of: 12/17-12/21 Objectives: Students will practice reviewing reading and writing numbers 0-20 TEKS:2(B) read, write, and represent whole numbers from 0 to at least 20 with and without objects or pictures. Essential Question: How does counting help us in our every day lives? Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Lesson Plan Students complete a Christmas Tree activity. Students will decide if they like candy canes and we will complete a class graph and then complete one in their math journals. Students will complete number worksheets and play math stations. Field Trip Christmas Party Day Vocabulary Numbers Counting Represent Higher order questions Can you give me an example of 12?
