Cover Letters… What’s the point? A cover letter tells the employer which position you are applying for It provides aspects of your experience, skills and educations as it relates to the job you’re interested in

Cover letters It shows your ability to communicate effectively in writing. This includes those greammmar and speeeling mistakes. Your writing skills and your ability to organize and present yourself are reflected to the potential employer

TIPS! Do not use a general greeting. FIND OUT who to direct it to! Use the same font as you are using on your resume Keep it ONE page. Change it to suit every individual job application Use similar vocab as the job offer/posting FIND OUT about the business.. Do not pull a Ms. King!! 
