So whether its during OE or a life change event that happens during the year, we automatically send these changes to the carriers. A big piece of our CC is the tools in the back end that are checking for accuracy of data and not just simply sending data. We have concepts like verify trust and the look back which help us send clean data and scan for human error. 401(K): Automatically send 401(K) data based on carrier requirements.. Have 360 capability COBRA: With our integration with WFR we are taking the whole COBRA administration process and truly turning it into a two click process for the client. As a COBRA event happens our system will automatically pick up on it and send a notification to the client to confirm that the event was or wasn’t COBRA. Once the client confirms the event is COBRA they will confirm that the ex employees address and information is still the same based on when entered into Kronos. After that we are communicating with the ex employee directly and getting them enrolled in COBRA coverage if they elect. Lastly and an other huge piece is that everything we are doing with COBRA is available visually to the client. The agencies with which EB communicates also then relay confirmations, statuses, and other important data back to EB, which automatically rolls into relevant WFR reports.
