Recognizing Ability and Inclusion of Special Employees RAISE is a Jewish Federation of Greater Orlando Program

RAISE is a 6-12 month work-training program

RAISE employees work part-time

RAISE provides `real jobs’ in collaboration with partnering agencies, actually lightening the work load of agency employees

RAISE employees receive a paycheck

RAISE provides each employee with one on one Job Coach support

RAISE has partnered with Social Bridges®, professionals in the field of special needs

RAISE programming includes a weekly social skills training class

RAISE requires family involvement

RAISE connects and educates employees and their families about Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) and Job Placement Centers

RAISE runs on a modest operational budget

RAISE can be duplicated to meet the needs of other communities: In 2015, RAISE plans to offer RAISE on the Road
