Figure 2 Diagnostic scheme for MSA Figure 2 | Diagnostic scheme for MSA. This figure provides an overview of the current consensus diagnostic criteria for multiple system atrophy (MSA). A definite diagnosis of MSA can be made at autopsy only. Clinical diagnostic criteria recognize two different levels of diagnostic certainty.
