Training in SES (2) Rolling training programme (3 year cycle) 1 day every 2 months Different day of week Mostly RIE Curriculum based Clinical and non-clinical Trainee involvement (presentation) Interactive element (cases/debate etc) Provide own lunch Certificate of attendance, evaluation sheets
