Infection Prevention and Control For all staff that work in patient areas.

Audio Check Please note that this training uses video and to complete the course and all the questions within the test, you will need to view and listen to the video. Please ensure that the computer you are using has speakers connected or you are able to insert headphones. Laptops will have speakers built in. Ensure that the volume is turned up by clicking on the speaker icon on the bottom right hand side of your screen: Please click the button on the right to test if you can hear sound. If you are not able to hear the sound test, please don’t continue, but use another computer.

Instructions In a moment you will be asked to click on ‘Click here to complete the course’. When you do this the following dialogue box may appear (in some cases it may appear twice). Please click on the bottom circle next to ‘Enable external content for this session’. This will allow the video, that is later on in the course, to play correctly. Please do this even if the dialogue box appears more than once.
