PRODUCTION Using SVN to sync the project Using weekly scrum to assign tasks and discuss issues Using google drive to store art assets and design documents
GOAL Publish beta version by the end of this semester Playtest through the semester Final Goal: Publish on App Store
MILESTONES Week 1-3 Fix existing bugs; Make prefabs; Make a 2D animation system Week 4-8 Integrate art assets to the game; Finish building tutorial level Week 9-12 Build other levels; Make level transition system; Integrate UI to make the game more complete Week Polish; Bug fixing; Playtest the beta version.
