Earl’s Court P&C and FUT Works   21/07/2017 – 24/07/2017 District Line CRM No. Milestone Planned Revision 1 Actual Sent Out Reasons for Delay Comments Craig 1 Possession taken & worksite established 03:30 03:15 03:22 n/a 2 Phase 1 scrap removal to commence 06:30 07:29 07:32 Delay due to WT552 arriving to site late which consequently meant RRVs leaving depot late. Arber 3 Full depth excavation commenced (Phase1) 11:00 12:00 12:15 Knock-on effect due to delay in getting Trains and RRVs to site. 4 Dozing of bottom ballast commenced (Phase 1) 14:30 15:40 15:45 Due to delay in programme being carried through the day. 5 Pems Lems in position to start installation of panels 1-6 (Phase 1) 18:00 22:00 22:06 Further delay caused because panels are taking a lot longer to build than previously anticipated. Worksite is short of labour in regards to all the different activities that are taking place. Additional Labour has now been requested and confirmed for the night shift so that panel building on phase two can progress at the same time as installation panels for plain line on phase 1. Programme will now be revised to reflect this delay with activities removed at the backend. 6 RRV's reconfiguration complete, ready to commence phase 2 scrap removal 23:30 03:00 7 Dozing of bottom ballast commenced (Phase 2) 04:00 08:00 8 Panels 14-18 in position to be installed using Pems Lems (Phase 2) 07:00 9 Top Ballast installation commenced (Phase 1) 10:30 11:30 10 Tamping commenced 13:30 15:00 11 All tamping complete 20:00 12 Wheels free testing 20:30 21:00 13 Track circuit set up complete.
