Felonies Misdemeanors Class A or A-1- Life in Imprisonment (or death penalty if active). Under circumstances could also be known as 25 years to life. Class A- Term shall not exceed 1 year Class B- Term shall not exceed 25 years Class B- Term shall not exceed three months Class C- Term shall not exceed 15 years Class D- Term shall not exceed 7 years Violation- Term shall be 15 days or less or a violation conviction.
