2. Make an obstacle course…could be in your house, in the park, with your friends. You could time each other.

3. How many step ups can you do in 30 seconds 3. How many step ups can you do in 30 seconds? Using any steps/stairs in or near your house, step up, up, down, down as many times as you can in 30 seconds. Who scored the most?

4. Let’s see if you can try 10 press ups….can you manage anymore?

5. Can you take deep lunge steps from your bedroom to your kitchen sink, to your telly, back to the kitchen sink and to your front door? Make sure you pause and hold each lunge step, count three seconds for each one.

6. Bicep Curls. Grab a tin of beans or soup or any suitable tin from the cupboard and do 20 bicep curls on each arm.

18. Lie on your side, with your elbow underneath to support you and raise your upper body. Keep your legs straight and as long as possible. Lift the top leg up to just higher than waist height, lower it down again but try not to let it touch the other leg as it goes down. Slow, controlled movements. Try 10 on each leg.

19. Teach everyone in your house a ‘Spotty Dog’ remember about the opposites!

20. Burpees. In a press up position, jump your feet in between your hands, then jump up as high as you can, land on your feet then go back into a press up position. Repeat 5 times.

23. Tricep Dips. Using a step/stair in your house sit down with your hands beside your hips, knuckles pointing forwards. Move your feet forward away from your body then lower your bottom close to the ground, don’t let it touch the ground just hover, bend your elbows. Then straighten your arms again to lift you back up – try 10….or could you do more?
