Is water visible ?

Is water Transparent ?

Only 32 Lakes live in Bangalore[262 in 1960] 4L of water to make 1L of RO water 17L of water to make 1L of bottle water Flint water crisis has exposed the issues with piping systems. Refills 3X TDS to Ground water and sells at 100X cost 1/5 of Volume of bottle as oil is used to reach consumer

But there exists a water that is purely invisible

Can there be a one-point solution to all these questions ? Don’t we need a decentralized system that can react to context ? Don’t we need a system that doesn’t rely on existing water? Don’t we need a system that increases drinking water stock? Don’t we need a system that can be applied any where in world? Don’t we need a system that doesn’t waste water, our precious ! Don’t we need a system that can be scaled depending on usage ? Can there be a one-point solution to all these questions ?
