Tradition at SRVHS for 40 years ~ since 1978! What is Grad Night Safe and sober, all-night celebration for graduates immediately following graduation Event held at school, but not sponsored by school Drop off at 8pm and pick up at 5am Entirely supported by parent volunteers Funds come from ticket sales, ink cartridge sales, calendar sales, and donations All funds & activities approved by the SRV PTSA SHHH… the theme is TOP SECRET to the students Tradition at SRVHS for 40 years ~ since 1978!

Grad Night Committees WE NEED YOUR HELP Steering Committee (Event Co-chair, Donations Co-Chair, Food Co-Chair, Construction Co-Chair) Design Room Leads (oversee group design of one specific room – i.e. Casino) Administrative Support (email, phone calls, contracts) Technology and Graphic Arts Worker Bees Lumber/ Construction liaisons Monetary Donations Build/ Work Site Connections/ referrals (ideally 4000+ square ft.)

WORKSITE Still Needed for 2019 Need 4000+sq, w/high ceilings, loading door/doc Fairly local for access by volunteers Safe, secure, and well-lit Water and bathrooms Ample electrical Minimal cost: Donated or discounted Current materials are in storage but need to be out by end of January
