What’s next with Africa ROC ? Dedicated instances of both Nagios and the Dashboard will be installed by the end of this week; they will be integrated with the GOCDB and the Grid User Support system by the end of this month; GOCDB expected to be fully populated by the end of this month; First rotation shifts expected to start by next month; First version of an accounting system with «per user» and «per application» views foreseen to be made available by next month. Training A MoU has been signed between CHAIN and EPIKH: EPIKH has partners in all Regions addressed by CHAIN: One school held in Valparaiso (Chile), 29 Nov – 9 Dec 2010; Two schools held in Kolkata (India), 1-17 Feb 2011; Two more schools foreseen in China (9-26 May 2011), two in South Africa (16 May – 2 Jun 2011) and two in Morocco (30 May – 14 Jun 2011). Issues to be discussed Update the project website to: Have a unique view of the regional infrastructures addressed by the project and their services; Have a unique view of the VRCs supported and their applications; Homogeneize the existing documentation; Define a list of CHAIN events and stick with it (at least for 2011); especially the thematic workshops; Improve internal communications (periodic phoneconferences ?) Duplicate the Africa ROC service in other regions or single countries ? CHAIN PMB Meeting – Taipei, 22.03.2011
