Our Vision Transforming health in Southwestern Ontario through integrated excellence in research, education, and clinical practice.

Our Value Proposition SWAHN facilitates interprofessional collaboration, networking, and knowledge-sharing opportunities across health-care related education, research, health service providers, and other stakeholders in Southwestern Ontario to identify gaps and to improve the health of individuals, families, communities, and systems.

Rationale for Reorganization Why change now? Growth of the organizational framework, volunteer base, and projects under development Reorganization will: Reduce the layers to improve communications Streamline the structure to make it more nimble as a value network Right-size operations based the capacity and resource base Align the organization to its value proposition, ensuring continued advancement and value creation for its contributors

Next Steps Fall 2017 New Terms of Reference and Stream descriptions will be circulated. Volunteers of the former standing committees will be asked to consider how they would like to participate differently in the new structure. 2018 Strategic Plan refresh Inaugural Network Contributors’ Roundtable meeting
