Educating and Training the Public Health Work Force on Preconception Health and the MCH Life Course Model Background The life course model is a new paradigm in MCH Preconception health is a component of the MCH life course model The challenge is to make them concrete for MCH field CP, ML, and MK have been meeting via phone for over a year to plan a conference on this topic This summit provides an opportunity to further both our thinking and engage others in our efforts
