Flex Program Updates Example: If you flex a total of $1100/22 pays = $50 per pay period $1100 X 20% = $220 savings The amount you flex will be available July 1, 2018 If you do not use all the amount you flexed, you can (only) roll over $500 for the next fiscal year. You will receive a flex card and pin in the mail for the amount you flexed. The card can only be used in the US. The amount you flex is pre-taxed. Meaning they take the amount out of your paycheck first, then they tax you on the remaining. The tax is approximately 20%. Sick Leave Bank Employees interested in donating: Hourly – have at least 80 hours of annual leave accumulated Salary – have at least 10 days of annual leave accumulated To qualify you need: Can be used by any employee that has: Donated for that fiscal year Exceeded their annual/vacation leave You can have max two (2) request per fiscal year
