Important Dates Weekly check-in during office hours is required. Course dates: June 11, 2011 through July 19, Final Exam: Course 3 – Crone Middle School. July 19, :30 a.m.. Pacing Self-discipline is a characteristic of a successful online learner. You should schedule time to study each day. Put the study time in a calendar, and work 4-6 days per week, for 90 minutes to 120 minutes. See the pacing chart for your course.

Grades Final Exam grades will be reported to parents, middle schools, and you. The grades will not appear on any transcript or official school record. Schools will use them for placement for next year, so excellent learning is expected. Grades will indicate what you have learned during the summer session.

Parent Communication Parents will receive an update each Sunday afternoon. Contact your teacher through when necessary. They will respond within 24hrs. (Remember they are on summer break as well.)

Pre-Algebra

Math Notebook In mathematics it is necessary to show your work. Keep a notebook with the problems you work in this course. The teachers will review the notebook at the final exam.

Required Weekly Office Hours Your teacher will have office hours shown at the link below. Weeklyattendance during office hours is required. You can attend either session. You will be using software called Blackboard Collaborate. You will be ed a link to this virtual classroom on June 5 th. You will use this link to login to office hours.
