Aim To recognise organisations which demonstrate best practice and an on-going commitment to training and developing their people. Provides an opportunity for the many organisations that are experiencing exciting and empowering human resource development to share their learning with others
Objective By focusing on engagement, collaboration, participative management, excellence in training initiatives, transparency, innovation and learning and development of both individuals and organisations. Organisations and individuals submit entries based on specific Training Initiatives that they believe have contributed to the success of their organisations.
Categories Organisations that demonstrate enterprise-wide success or achievement as a result of employee learning Micro Enterprises (1 – 10 employees) Small Enterprises (11 - 100 employees) Medium Sized Enterprises (101 - 250 employees) Large Enterprises (Over 250 employees) Not for Profit Networks & Groups It is designed for organisations who have developed an excellent and effective training initiative. The resulting initiative must demonstrate good learner outcome and show the added value to their business.
Best L&D Organisation Evidence that the learning function has an enterprise-wide role: involves executive teams, creating solutions to business issues, and setting organisational strategy Evidence that learning has value in the organisation's culture: learning opportunities, senior management support, learning for growth, and innovation Recognise organisations that demonstrate enterprise-wide success or achievement as a result of employee learning 9
