Mr. Halligan s son committed suicide in 2003 due to extensive bullying and online harassment. He will be speaking to parents on Wednesday February 12 th, at 7:00 here at Pennfield. He focuses on telling his story and things parents can do to be proactive in protecting their children from the dangers that can come with social media and other online usage.
