CDS is looking to recruit to the following position: HEAD OF COMMUNITY SERVICES 37 hours per week SCP48-51 £42,899 - £45,693 Qualification Bar at SCP49 Essential Car User Allowance BASED AT SALFORD HEAD OFFICE Caritas continues to grow its practical responses to poverty, disadvantage and social isolation through a variety of professional and voluntary led projects and services throughout the Diocese of Salford. This post is to provide leadership to influence and shape the vision, mission and activities of Caritas within the Diocese of Salford.   The post holder will be responsible for clear, effective leadership, management, resourcing and development of community services within the strategic plans of the Charity. This includes active fundraising and writing funding proposals to support services in line with agreed targets and objectives. The post holder will be an experienced manager with excellent communication skills, able to demonstrate an ability to manage people, services, funding and culture.
