Why do we celebrate Veterans Day?

Glue the photograph in your composition book and quickly jot your thoughts. What have these men left behind which they fight so courageously to save?

Read the poem and create a Venn diagram to compare and contrast the picture of the soldier and the man.

Watch this short video clip and add to your thinking in the Venn diagram…
